Hazel Hurdles, which make a beautiful natural border to a garden or placed against a wall to cover brickwork.
Willow is the most widely used material for making baskets and is a perfectly renewable source. It is flexible and has a wonderful range of natural colours, harvested each year it grows naturally again to be cut each autumn.
Rattan is a vine that grows in tropical climates and comes mainly from the Far East . It has a much longer growing process than Willow and is stronger and very flexible and can grow up to 600ft long.
Rafia, Rush, Seagrass & Water Hyacinth
These are some of the other materials used, all have their own appeal.
